Delivery Information

All of our favours and gifts are handmade to order, most of them bespoke to your requirements. We do require notice to make your items, ranging from 7-10 working days in less busier times and 14-21 working days in the busy summer wedding period and seasonal months. If you require your items sooner, please contact us using our contact form or by calling 07807554496 prior to purchase and we may be able to accommodate.

We post twice a week (4 times in peak months) via Royal Mail 48 recorded or next day by courier after your items are made and despatched. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect from Addiscombe, Croydon or Colchester, Essex. Please find exact postage costs and delivery methods below.

5 Day Standard UK Mainland Delivery – £4.99 (Orders Under 2kg)

Signed For Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

5 Day Islands and Highlands Delivery – £7.95 (Orders Under 2kg)

Covers Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands delivery. Signed For Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Please contact us if you require a quote for Next Day delivery service for these locations before placing your order. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

3-5 Day UK Mainland Tracked Delivery – £6.75 (Orders Under 2kg)

Royal Mail 24hr Recorded Delivery. This package is tracked and will need to be signed for. You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Next Day / 48hrs Delivery Via Courier - £8.79 (upto 5kg)

Next day courier and will require a signature on receipt. Please provide a mobile phone number when ordering so that the courier can contact you by text with a time slot on the morning of the delivery. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Collection is available from two locations – Free

Collect directly from our premises in Addiscombe (Croydon) or Colchester (Essex). You will be contacted when your order is ready and a convenient time and date will be arranged with you to come and collect your order from your desired location.

We can sometimes arrange collections from Priscillia’s Tea Room in Sanderstead if we are heading that way to drop stock. These orders must be collected the same day that they are left at Priscilla’s Tea Room.

Whilst the majority of items can be delivered, some items, such as our Chocolate Bouquets, are available for collection only. This will be clearly marked on the product’s page before you place your order.

Please note: in summer months, should there be a heatwave, we may need to postpone dispatch on chocolate orders so that your items do not spoil in transit. You will be made aware of this at the earliest opportunity, but please order in plenty of time to allow for this in spring and summer months.

If you request your order to be left in a safe place on your premises, or with a neighbour if no one will be home to accept the parcel, then this is done at the driver’s discretion and at the customer’s own risk.

Parcels are not considered missing or delayed by Royal Mail or our couriers unless the item has not been received within 14 days of posting. We will do everything we can to track down your order, but no replacement or refund will be given until after the 14 days, so please allow enough time for your delivery to reach you for your party or occasion

To help keep postage costs down, larger orders may be separated into two parcels at no additional cost. We will email you should this occur so that you are aware there are multiple parcels on their way.
